I imagine it's not usual for a buyer to write a review for the estate agent representing the house they're buying, but Gerard was fantastic. He was very communicative, and at no point did we feel lost or unaware of what was happening with the house. He knew all the ins and outs about the property, and answered all our questions (there were many) promptly. Even after completion, Gerard promptly repsonded to a question I had about the house. I would 100% recommend Gerard, everything was done so quickly and efficiently- we exchanged just over a month after our first viewing.
