Viewings

Prospective purchasers can get in contact either through my office, my websites, property portals, my social media accounts or email.

As an independent personal estate agent, it really couldn't be any easy to get in touch with me and book a viewing.

Also, because I work differently to other estate agents in the area, I don't need to have 20+ properties on the market at any one time, to be honest I don't ever want to have more than 10 properties on the market at any time.

This means that I can give my utmost attention to my customers, their property and potential buyers. If a buyer calls or if a client has a question, I don't want them having to wait for me to get back to them.

Open houses can be the best way to generate interest in your home and attract more buyers over your doorstep. Open houses are usually held on weekends to maximise attendance but these can of course be tailored to your own requirements.

It is worth noting that a successful open house means you only have to get the house ready once!
